Thirdly, a recruiter must make the interview a great experience for the candidates. Suppose they got rejected from the company for any reason. In that case, they must have the confidence to participate in another interview. Lastly, to attract the candidate, they need to share the work and achievements of their actual employees.

If any recruiter messages you, this indicates that your profile is quite impressive for them. You never know; the organization might offer you your dream job or role. So, it is better to always reply to them correctly and adequately.

If you are interested in the role they are offering, then you show through your message that you are curious like; talk in the proper manner, tell him about your background: your study, career goals, your interest and need of the opportunity, ask a question about the role and the organization. Most importantly, try to figure out why the Recruiter found YOU for that role and their organization.

If you are not interested in the position they are offering, you must be respectful towards him like;

  • Make a list of the companies or organizations you would prefer to join in the future. Search the company in your search bar and check the list of an employee in it.

  • Always make an effort to connect with the people working in that company.
  • Always try to make healthy comments in their posts, videos, or any achievements they share on their LinkedIn profile.

Unfortunately, the proverb “Don’t judge a book by its cover” does NOT apply to most job interviews. The applicants’ appearance should be irrelevant, but it can charm or scare the recruiters. There is no doubt that the company is hiring you for your skills, talent, and capabilities. Still, the way you furnish yourself and the way you are dressed is also essential.

Sometimes when the Recruiter is quite impressed by you, they might send you an email regarding recruitment. So, here I have a format of Email through which you have to consider:
